Dr. Rajiv Gupta has 15 years of experience in the field of Radiology, including Cardiac and Neuroradiology. He earned his BE in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and MS in Physics from Birla Institute of Technology & Science Pilani. He then went on to earn a second MS and his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, as well as his MD from Weill Medical College Cornell University. After completing his internship in Internal Medicine at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and his residency in Radiology at Massachusetts General Hospital, he went on to complete his fellowships in Cardiac Radiology and Neuroradiology at Massachusetts General Hospital. Today, this expert is board certified in Neuroradiology and Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology. Formerly, this expert was a Computer Scientist at General Electric Global Research and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiology at Harvard Medical School. He currently serves as the Director of both the Advanced X-ray Imaging Sciences Center and Ultra-high Resolution Volume CT Lab, and as an Associate Radiologist at Massachusetts General Hospital. He is also an Associate Professor of Radiology at Harvard Medical School and a Site Miner at Consortia for Integration of Medicine and Innovative Technologies, and a Lecturer at MIT.
