Dr. PV Sharma, MD, FACS

Dr. Pathanjali Sharma has 44 years of experience in the field of Vascular Surgery and he earned his MBBS from the Vijayanagar Institute of Medical Sciences. He completed an internship in Transitional Medicine at John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County and both a residency in General Surgery and a fellowship in Vascular Surgery at NYC Health + Hospitals/Metropolitan. Formerly, this expert served as an Assistant Professor of Surgery at New York Medical College and as the Owner of Pathanjali P.V. Sharma, P.C., where he also served as a Vascular Surgeon. He was also the Chief of Surgery and the Director of the Vascular Laboratory at Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center. He currently serves as a Vascular Surgeon at Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center and as the Owner of P V Pathanjali Sharma MD P.C., where he also serves as a Vascular Surgeon.
