Dr. Peter L. Faries has 25 years of experience in the field of Vascular Surgery. He earned his BS from Hobart and William Smith College and his MD from Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. After completed a residency and research fellowship in Surgery at Montefiore Medical Center - Einstein Campus. He also completed a clinical fellowship in Vascular Surgery at Beth Israel Deaconess M edical Center. Today, this expert is board-certified in Surgery and Vascular Surgery. Formerly, this expert held roles as the Site Chief of Vascular Surgery and as an Associate Professor in the Department of Surgery at Weill Cornell Medical College. Currently, he serves as the Vice Chairman at Mount Sinai Health System, as the Chief of the Division of Vascular Surgery at Mount Sinai Hospital. He is also the Director of the Vascular Surgery Fellowship Program and the Integrated Vascular Surgery Residency Program at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai where he serves as the Franz W. Sichel Endowed Professor.
