She earned her BS in Chemistry from the University of California Berkeley, and her MS and Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of California San Diego. She also earned her JD in Law from Western New England University and her MS in Biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University. Formerly, this expert served as the Partner at Cushman, Darby & Cushman and Rothwell, Figg, Ernst, and Manbeck, and as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of San Diego School of Law, Georgetown University, and George Washington University School of Law. She also served as a Mediator at the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and as an Administrative Patent Judge at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
