Dr. Mingyi Chen has over 15 years of experience in the field of Pathology, specializing in Hematopathology. They earned their MD from Peking University Health Science Center and their Ph.D. from Kyoto University and National Cardiovascular Center Research Institute. Dr. Chen is board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology as well as in hematology. Formerly, they held positions at University of California, Davis Medical Center and Loma Linda University Medical Center. Currently, Dr. Chen serves as a Professor of Pathology at UT Southwestern Medical Center and as the Medical Director of the Hematology Lab at Moncrief Cancer Institute.
