Dr. Michael N. Rubenstein has over 33 years of experience in the field of Neurology. He earned both his BS in Physiology and MS in Anatomy from the University of California, Davis, and his MD from West Virginia University School of Medicine. He then went on to complete his residency in Neurology at the University of Virginia Medical Center. Today, this expert is board certified in Neurology.
