Dr. Michael L. Lipton has 26 years of experience in the fields of Diagnostic Radiology and Neuroradiology. He earned his BA in Spanish Literature from the Boston University College of Arts and Sciences and his MD from the Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. He also obtained both his MS and Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine years later. He completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Brookdale Hospital Medical Center before completing both a residency in Diagnostic Radiology and a fellowship in Neuroradiology at Montefiore Medical Center. Today, this expert is board-certified in Neuroradiology and Diagnostic Radiology through the American Board of Radiology. Formerly, this expert served as an Associate Professor of Radiology and as the Associate Director of the Gruss Magnetic Resonance Research Center at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He currently serves as a Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, as well as Radiology at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He is also a Professor at the Gruss Magnetic Resonance Research Center and an Associate Professor of Neuroscience at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Moreover, he is the Medical Director of Magnetic Resonance Services and an Attending Neuroradiologist at Montefiore Medical Center. He is also a Voluntary Attending Radiologist at NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi.
