Dr. Matthew Peters, MD, FAPA

Dr. Matthew E. Peters has 7 years of experience in the field of Psychiatry. He earned his BS in Pre-Medicine and Psychology from Pennsylvania State University and his MD from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. After completing his residency in Psychiatry at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, he went on to complete his fellowship in Neuropsychiatry at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Today, this expert is board-certified in Psychiatry. He is also certified in Behavioral Neurology and Neuropsychiatry through the United Council for Neurologic Subspecialties. Formerly, this served as the Chief Medical Officer of Rose Health. Currently, he serves as an Associate Professor in the Departments of Neurology, as well as Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He also serves as the Director of Clinical Services in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center and as an Attending Physician with Johns Hopkins Medicine.
