He earned his BA in Biology and History from the University of Rochester and his MD from SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University College of Medicine. He completed a residency in Pediatrics at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center. He then completed his residency in Pediatric Neurology and his fellowship in Clinical Electroencephalography at the University of Minnesota Medical Center. Today, this expert is board certified in Pediatrics and Neurology with Special Qualification in Child Neurology. Formerly, this expert served as Chief in the Division of Pediatric Neurology at the University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center and as a Professor of Pediatrics and Neurology at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. He also served as the Director of the Fetal and Neonatal Neurology Programs at the UH Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital. Currently, he serves as an Emeritus Professor of Pediatrics and Neurology at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.
