Dr. Mark Ferrante, MD

Dr. Mark Ferrante, MD has nearly 30 years of experience in the field of neurology. He earned his BS from the University of Florida and his MD from the University of South Florida College of Medicine. He completed his neurology residency at Wilford Hall Medical Center and two fellowships in EMG and clinical neuromuscular medicine and EEG and epilepsy at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He is board-certified in neurology, neurophysiology, neuromuscular medicine, and electrodiagnostic medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine. This expert previously served as the director of the EMG laboratory at the VA Medical Center of Memphis and the Guadalupe Regional Medical Center and as the chief of neurology at Keesler Medical Center. Currently, he serves as the section chief of neurology and the director of the ALS clinic and EMG laboratory at a VA medical center in Tennessee. Additionally, this expert is also the co-director of the EEG laboratory, co-director of the neurophysiology fellowship, a professor of neurology, and assistant director of the residency program at a major medical school in Tennessee.
