Dr. Marc Garnick, MD, FACP

Dr. Marc Garnick has over 44 years of experience in the fields of Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology. He earned his BA from Bowdoin College and his MD from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. After completing both an internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, he went on to complete a fellowship at the National Institutes of Health and a fellowship in Medical Oncology at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Today, this expert is board certified in Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology through the American Board of Internal Medicine. Formerly, this expert served as an Attending Physician at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and as an Attending Physician on the Medical Oncology Service at Brigham and Women's Hospital. He was also a Clinical Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. He currently serves as the Executive Director of Physician Initiated Philanthropy, as an Outpatient Attending Physician, as an Attending Physician on the Oncology Inpatient Medical Service, and as the Director of Cancer Community Services for Network Development at Beth Isreal Deaconess Medical Center. He is also a Member of Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and the Gorman Brothers Clinical Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School.
