Dr. Luis Alberton

Dr. Luis Alberton received his medical degree from the University of Monterrey and completed an internship in general surgery at St. Vincent’s Catholic Medical Center followed by a residency in general surgery at Westchester Medical Center and New York Medical Colleg. He later completed a fellowship in cardiothoracic surgery at Hofstra North Shore and is now double board certified in general surgery and thoracic and cardiothoracic surgery. He is a member of the Society of Thoracic Surgeons, American College of Surgeons, and the New York General Thoracic Surgical Club. Currently, he is a thoracic surgeon at a large medical center and associate clinical professor of thoracic surgery at a medical school in Washington.
