Dr. Leyla Ismayilova, MS, MSW, PhD

Dr. Leyla N. Ismayilova has over 20 years of experience in the field of Sociology. She earned her BS and her MS in Psychology from Baku State University, and her MS in Social Work, her Mphil, and her Ph.D. in Social Work from Columbia University. Formerly, this expert served as an Assistant Professor at the Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice and as the Founding Director of the Center for Psychological Counseling. She currently serves as a Faculty Affiliate in the Center for East European and Russian/Eurasian Studies, the Graduate Program in Health Administration and Policy, and the Center for Health Administration Studies at the University of Chicago. She is also a Tenured Associate Professor at the Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice.
