Dr. Lee H. Ensalada has 39 years of experience in the fields of Preventive Medicine/Occupational Environmental Medicine and Pain Medicine. He earned his BA in Mathematics and Philosophy from the University of Washington, his MD from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, and his MPH in Occupational and Environmental Medicine from the Medical College of Wisconsin. He completed his residency and his fellowship in Anesthesiology and Critical Care at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.
