Dr. Kathleen Grisanti, MD

Dr. Kathleen Grisanti, MD has over 30 years of experience in her field. She earned her BA in biology from Canisius College, her MS in natural sciences from the State University of New York where she also earned her MD. She completed her residency in pediatrics from the Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital and went on to complete her fellowship in pediatric emergency medicine at The Hospital for Sick Children and St. Louis Children's Hospital. This expert is board-certified in pediatrics and emergency medicine and is highly active in her field as a member of the New York State Department of Health Emergency, the Services for Children Advisory Committee and many other professional affiliations. Formerly, this expert served as a medical director of emergency and the pediatric transport team at the Women and Children’s Hospital of Buffalo, where she also served as the research director, then later as the chief, of emergency medicine and attending physician in that department. She also served as an assistant professor and associate professor in pediatrics and emergency medicine, and as a professor in pediatrics, at the State University of New York in Buffalo. Currently, this expert serves as a professor in pediatrics at a medical university, as an attending physician of a child advocacy center, and as a medical director of pediatrics of a pediatric group in New York. She is also the president and medical director of three outpatient pediatric urgent care facilities in New York.
