Dr. Katherine Johnston, MD, MA, MS, FACP

Dr. Katherine T. Johnston has 15 years of experience in the field of Internal Medicine. She earned her BS in Biology and her MA in Philosophy from Loyola University Chicago before obtaining her MD from the Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine and her MS in Health Services Research and Public Health from Boston University. After completing both an internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, she went on to complete a fellowship in Preventive Medicine at Boston Medical Center. Today, this expert is board certified in Internal Medicine. Formerly, this expert served as the Associate Director of the Internal Medicine Clerkship at Massachusetts General Hospital and as the Medical Director of the Breast Cancer Program at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. She currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and as the Associate Site Director of the Core I Medicine Clerkship at Massachusetts General Hospital. She is also a Primary Care Physician at Massachusetts General Hospital.
