Dr. Julie Hall, PhD

Dr. Julie Hall has over 25 years of experience in Educational Culture, Policy, and Sociology. She earned her undergraduate degree in English from the State University of New York at Buffalo, her master's degree in English from McGill University, and her doctorate in Educational Culture, Policy and Society from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Dr. Hall is certified in educational leadership and serves as a consultant providing expert opinions on student sexual abuse in schools and youth-serving organizations. Formerly, Dr. Hall held roles as Director and Professor of the Doctoral Program in Educational Leadership and as Director and Professor of the Sociology Program at D’Youville University. Currently, she is the owner of J. Hall Consulting LLC and continues her work in educational consulting. She has over 10 years of experience post-doctorate training.
