Dr. Jonathan Horowitz, MD

Dr. Jonathan Horowitz, MD psychiatrist earned his BS from Cornell University and his MD from Tufts University School of Medicine. He continued to complete an internship at Upstate Medical Center, a residency in adult psychiatry and a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Tufts University Medical Center. He is board certified in psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry and has 40 years of clinical experience. Formerly, he served as the chief of psychiatry and the vice president of medical affairs at Carney Hospital. Additionally, he was the director of outpatient child and adolescent psychiatry at Tufts University Medical Center and served as the CEO of the Fuller Psychiatric Hospital. He was an assistant clinical professor of psychiatry at both Tufts University School of Medicine and Boston University Medical School and served as the project director for research on child sexual abuse at the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention. Currently, he serves as a psychiatrist in private practice and as an assistant clinical professor of psychiatry at an Ivy League medical school in CT.
