Dr. Jonathan Hersch, MD

This orthopedic surgeon has over 20 years of clinical experience. He earned his BS in psychology from Duke University before receiving his MD from New York University School Medicine. He then went on to complete a general surgery internship and orthopedic surgery residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center before completing a prestigious sports medicine fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic. Today, this expert is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and stays active in his field as a member of multiple professional societies, and he has presented nationally and internationally. Formerly, he was an orthopedic surgeon at Coral Springs Medical Center, Westside Regional Medical Center, Weston Outpatient Surgical Center, and Memorial Miramar Hospital. He has also held positions as the director of the sports medicine residency program and as an attending orthopedic surgeon at Albert Einstein Medical Center. He is currently an attending orthopedic surgeon at three surgical centers as well as the head team physician of an independent boarding school, all located in Florida. He also serves as the medical director of an annual professional tennis tournament held in Florida.
