Dr. John McEvoy, MD

Dr. John R. McEvoy has 18 years of experience in Pathology. He earned his BS in Biology from The Citadel, The Military College of South California and his BS in Medical Technology from the Medical University of South Carolina. He also obtained his MD from the Medical University of South Carolina and his MBA from The Citadel, The Military College of South California years later. He completed a residency in Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina and today, this expert is board certified in Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology. Formerly, this expert served as President of the Medical Staff and as Medical Director of Pathology and Laboratory Services for Roper St. Francis Mount Pleasant Hospital. He currently serves as an Anatomical and Clinical Pathologist at Coastal Pathology Laboratories, where he also serves as Director of Molecular Pathology. Moreover, he is the Medical Director of Pathology and Laboratory Services for Roper Hospital.
