Dr. John P. Fischer has 9 years of experience in the field of Plastic Surgery. He earned his BA in Mathematics and Neuroscience from the Hamilton College, his MD from the State University of New York Upstate Medical University, and his MPH in Management and Healthcare Finance. He completed his residencies in General Surgery and Plastic Surgery at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Today, this expert is board certified in Plastic Surgery. He also serves as a Plastic Surgeon at Penn Medicine and as the Rotation Director in the Division of Plastic Surgery at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center.
