Dr. John Moorhead, MD, MS, FACEP

Dr. John C. Moorhead has over 33 years of experience in the field of Emergency Medicine. He earned his BA from Queen's University at Kingston and his MD from Queen's School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Royal Victoria Hospital. He also received his MS from New York University through the Advanced Management Program for Clinicians. Today, this expert is board-certified in Emergency Medicine. Formerly, this expert held roles as the Department Director of Occupational Health Program at Oregon Health and Science University, the Medical Director of Emergency Services, and the Chair of the Department of Emergency Medicine at the Oregon Health and Science University Hospital. Currently, he serves as a Tenured Professor in the Departments of Emergency Medicine and Public Health and Preventive Medicine, and the Chair Emeritus of Emergency Medicine at Oregon Health and Science University, as well as an Attending Physician at Oregon Health and Science University Hospital.
