After that, he earned his MA in Experimental Psychology from the University of Hartford and in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and his Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Today, this expert is certified as a Traffic Accident Reconstructionist by the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction. Formerly, this expert served as the Lecturer at Eastern Connecticut State University and as the Research Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
