Dr. Jay T. Rubinstein has 25 years of experience in Otolaryngology with expertise in Otology and Neurotology. He earned his BS and MS in Engineering from Brown University, his MD from the University of Washington School of Medicine, and his PhD in Bioengineering at the University of Washington. After completing his residency in Otolaryngology at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, he went on to complete a fellowship in Otology and Neurotology at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics. Today, this expert is board certified in Neurotology. Formerly, he served as an Attending Surgeon at Iowa City VA Medical Center, as an Associate Professor at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine, and as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Washington. Currently, he serves as the Virginia Merrill Bloedel Professor and Director of the Virginia Merrill Bloedel Hearing Research Center, as a Professor at the University of Washington, and as a Physician at Seattle Children’s Hospital and UW Medicine.
