Dr. Jay D. Turner has 7 years of experience in the field of Neurological Surgery. He earned his BS in Biology from The College of New Jersey, his Ph.D. in Physiology from Rutgers University, and his MD from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. He completed a residency in Neurological Surgery at the Barrow Neurological Institute and fellowships in Complex Spine Surgery at the San Deigo Spine Foundation and the Schulthess Klinik, respectively. He is also a Co-Director of the Barrow Scoliosis and Spinal Deformity Center, Director of the Barrow Clinical Outcomes Center, and the Clinical Director of the Spinal Biomechanics Laboratory at the Barrow Neurological Institute. Moreover, he is a Spine Surgeon at the Barrow Neurological Institute and Barrow Brain and Spine.
