Dr. Hal J. Singer has over 25 years of experience in the field of Economics. He earned his BS in Economics from Tulane University and his MA and PhD in Economics from Johns Hopkins University. Formerly, this expert served as a Principal at Economists Incorporated, an Adjunct Professor at the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, and as a Staff Economist at U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Currently, this expert is a Professor in the Department of Economics and a Director of the Utah Project on Antitrust and Consumer Protection at the University of Utah. He also serves as a Managing Director at Econ One Research.
