Dr. Haim Belzer

This clinical psychologist has been in practice for 35 years. He earned his BA from Tel Aviv University and both his MS and PhD in Psychology from US International University. He is a licensed psychologist and is as a medical examiner. He is a member of the American Psychological Association and the National Register of Health Providers in Psychology. He is a multi-lingual therapist and works with both children and adults. He previously served as a Senior Clinical Psychologist at Polinsky Children’s Center and at the Juvenile Forensic Center. Since he has been licensed he has owned and operated his own practice in California.
