Dr. Geoffrey Tompkins, MD

Dr. Tompkins has over 20 years of experience as an orthopedic surgeon specializing in hip and knee replacements. He is board certified and has performed over two thousand hip and knee replacement surgeries. He received his MD from the University of California, Los Angeles and went on to complete his medical training with a residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and a fellowship in hip and knee replacement surgery at Rush Presbyterian St.Luke’s Hospital in Chicago. He is active in his field with service as a medical reviewer for the Journal of Arthroplasty and has both published and lectured on total joint replacement surgeries. He is currently an orthopedic surgeon at Redwood Orthopaedic Surgery Associates in Santa Rosa.
