Dr. Francis L. Counselman has 38 years of experience in Emergency Medicine. He earned his BS from the University of Notre Dame and his MD from Eastern Virginia Medical School. He completed his internship in Internal Medicine and his residency in Emergency Medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School. Today, this expert is board-certified in Emergency Medicine.
