Dr. Fernando Fleischman has over 10 years of experience in the field of Cardiothoracic Surgery. He earned his B.S. in Biology and B.A. in History from the University of California Los Angeles, and his M.D. Magna Cum Laude from Universidad Central del Caribe in Puerto Rico. After completing his residency in General Surgery at the University of Medicine and Dentistry in New Jersey, he pursued further training in Cardiothoracic Surgery at USC/LAC+USC Medical Center, where he also completed a fellowship in Endovascular Surgery. Dr. Fleischman is board certified by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery. Currently, he serves as an Associate Professor and Associate Program Director in Cardiothoracic Surgery at Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California.
