Dr. Fariba Younai, DDS

Dr. Fariba S. Younai has 35 years of experience in the fields of Dentistry, Oral Medicine, and Orofacial Pain. She earned her BA in Biology from CUNY Queens College and her DDS from Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine. She then went on to complete her training in Hospital Dentistry at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. Today, this expert is licensed as a Dentist in the state of California. Formerly, this expert held roles as Vice-Chair, Clinical Professor, and Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Oral Biology and Medicine at the University of California Los Angeles School of Dentistry and as the Director of the Kriser Institute for Disabled Dentists at New York University College of Dentistry. Currently, she serves as Chair of the Division of Diagnostic and Surgical Sciences at the University of California Los Angeles School of Dentistry. She also serves as a Professor in the Department of Clinical Dentistry, Oral Biology and Medicine and as the Director of the Oral Diagnosis Clinic at the UCLA School of Dentistry.
