Dr. Eric S. Hager has 14 years of experience in the field of Surgery with expertise in Vascular Surgery. He earned his BS in Biology from Boston College and his MD from Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University. After completing his residency in General Surgery at Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University, he went on to complete a fellowship in Vascular Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Today, this expert is board-certified in Surgery and Vascular Surgery. Formerly, he served as the Chief of Vascular Surgery at UPMC St. Margaret. Currently, he serves as a Physician and Director of Venous Services at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and as an Associate Professor in the Division of Vascular Surgery - Department of Surgery, as an Advisory Dean, and as the Associate Program Director at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He also serves as the Chief of Vascular Surgery at UPMC St. Margaret.
