Dr. Edward Snyder, MD

Dr. Edward L. Snyder has over 48 years of experience in the field of Internal Medicine and Pathology with a Subspecialty in Hematology and Blood Banking/Transfusion Medicine. He earned his BA and his MA in Biology from the State University of New York at Binghamton, and his MD from New York Medical College. After completing his residency in Medicine, he went on to complete a fellowship in Hematology at Montefiore Medical Center. Today, this expert is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Blood Banking/Transfusion Medicine. Formerly, this expert held roles as an Attending Physician and Consultant of Hematology at West Haven VA Medical Center and as a Director of Blood Bank/Apheresis/Cell Processing Services at the St. Raphael and York Street Campuses of Yale New Haven Hospital.
