Dr. Dipayan Biswas

Dr. Dipayan Biswas has over a decade of experience in the field of digital marketing. After receiving his BA from Jadavpur University, he received his MBA and PhD from the Indian Institute of Management and the University of California Irvine, respectively. His research has been published in the top marketing academic journals, including the Journal of Marketing Research and the Journal of Consumer Research. He also serves on the editorial board for multiple journals. His work has led him to consult for many well-known retailers across the world and he was invited to be the keynote speaker at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven Retailing Conference in Belgium. He was formerly an associate professor at Bentley University. Currently, he is a professor of business and marketing, as well as the chair of the PhD committee at a business school in Florida.
