After completing his residency in Ophthalmology at Johns Hopkins Wilmer Eye Institute, he went on to complete a fellowship and residency in Vitreoretinal Surgery at Duke University Medical Center. Today, this expert is board certified in Ophthalmology. Formerly, this expert held roles as the Director of Retina Service at Massachusetts Eye and Ear, as the Stelios Evangelos Gragoudas Associate Professor and Lecturer in the Department of Ophthalmology at Harvard Medical School, and as the Director of the Vitreoretinal Fellowship at Doheny Eye Institute. Currently, he serves as the Director Emeritus in the Retina Service, as the Director of the Vitreoretinal Surgery Fellowship at Massachusetts Eye and Ear, and as the Stelios Evangelos Gragoudas Professor in the Department of Ophthalmology at Harvard Medical School.
