Dr. Charles Reznikoff, MD, FACP, FASAM

Dr. Charles P. Reznikoff has 14 years of experience in the field of Addiction Medicine. He earned his BS in Zoology from the University of Wisconsin Madison and his MD from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. After completing his residency in Internal Medicine at Hennepin County Medical Center, he went on to complete his fellowship in Addiction Medicine at the American Board of Preventive Medicine at Minneapolis VA Medical Center. Today, this expert is board certified in Addiction Medicine and Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Formerly, he held roles as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Minnesota and as the Interim Medical Director of the Interventional Pain Clinic at Hennepin Healthcare. Currently, he serves as a Staff Physician at the Opiate Agonist Therapy Clinic at Northfield Hospital & Clinics and as the Associate Director of the Internal Medicine Residency Program at Hennepin Healthcare. He also works as an Attending Physician in the Department of Medicine at Hennepin County Medical Center and as an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Minnesota.
