Dr. Charles Fay

Dr. Charles Fay has over 35 years of experience with management and labor relations. He earned his MBA with a focus in marketing from Columbia University and PhD in business administration from the University of Washington. He has published over 60 journal articles and book chapters and has an extensive academic presentation history. He is a member of numerous associations, including the Academy of Management and the Human Resource Information Management Society. He has served as an assistant professor of business administration, industrial relations, and human resources at the University of Kentucky and Rutgers University. Additionally, he has served as the associate director of management and labor relations and chair of human resource management for Rutgers University. Currently, he is an associate professor of graduate industrial relations and human resources, and a professor and director for an undergraduate human resources program at a university in New Jersey.
