Dr. Aris Yannopoulos, MD

Dr. Aris D. Yannopolous has over 32 years of experience in the field of Orthopaedic Surgery. He earned his BA from Harvard University and his MD from Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons. After completing his internship and his residency in General Surgery at Yale-New Haven Hospital, he completed another residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital, followed by a fellowship in Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital. He went on to complete another fellowship in Spine Surgery at UC Davis Medical Center. Today, this expert is board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery. Formerly, he served as the Chief of the Spine Clinic at the University of Connecticut Medical Center and as the Vice-Chairman of the Department of Orthopaedics at Saint Francis Hospital. Currently, he serves as an Orthopaedic Surgeon with Trinity Health of New England where he practices at multiple locations including Saint Francis Hospital and Orthopedic Surgical Partners.
