Dr. Amesh A. Adalja has 18 years of experience in the fields of Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Infectious Disease, and Critical Care Medicine. He completed his BS in Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University and his MD from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine. After completing his residency in Emergency Medicine at Allegheny General Hospital, he went on to complete fellowships in Critical Care Medicine and Infectious Diseases at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Today, this expert is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Infectious Disease, and Critical Care Medicine. Formerly this expert held roles as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Critical Care Medicine, Department of Emergency Medicine, and in the Division of Infectious Disease of the Department of Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine He also served as a Senior Associate at the Center for Biosecurity of UPMC. He is also a Senior Scholar at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, a Critical Care Physician at VA Pittsburgh Health Care, an ID Section Director of Critical Care Medicine and Emergency Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, and the Principal of Tracking Zebra, LLC.
