Dr. Akhil Seth, MD, FACS

Dr. Akhil K. Seth has 6 years of experience in the field of Surgery and Plastic Surgery. He earned his BS in Biomedical Engineering and Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University and his MD from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. After completing his residency in General Surgery at the McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University, he went on to complete his residency in Plastic Surgery at Brigham and Women's Hospital and his fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Today, this expert is board-certified in Surgery and Plastic Surgery. Formerly, this expert held roles as a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Service at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and as the Clinical Instructor in the Department of Surgery at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. Currently, he serves as an Attending Physician in the Division of Plastic Surgery and the Director of Reconstructive Microsurgery in the Division of Plastic Surgery at the NorthShore University Health System. He also serves as a Site Director for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Residency and as a Clinical Associate in the Section of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine.
