Mr. David Hamm

This has over 45 years of experience in his field of underground utility work. He graduated from The National Mine Health & Safety Academy and is certified as a mine safety professional and MSHA trainer. Formerly, this expert served as a deputy inspector, chief deputy, and assistant state mine inspector at the State Mine Inspector's Office. He went on to serve as mine safety and health inspector at the Department of Labor, as a mine and health specialist at the mine safety health administration, and as a safety specialist and training coordinator at Questa Underground Mine and Mill. Later, he served as supervisory mine safety and health inspector and district safety specialist in the department of labor in Texas. Currently, this expert serves as a consultant at an independent consulting firm in Texas.
