Mr. Chad Stancer

Mr. Chad Stancer has been in the field of arena operations for over 20 years. He received his BS in parks and recreation with an emphasis on sports management from the University of Minnesota and received his management certificate from the U.S. Rink Association. He formerly served as an assistant varsity hockey coach at a high school in Minnesota and as the arena operations specialist at Plymouth Ice Center. He also served as the ice arena manager at Victory Memorial Ice Arena before moving to his current position as the arena supervisor of a large arena company in Minnesota. In his current role, he is in charge of installing and maintaining ice per NHL rules and regulations, daily facility maintenance, and zamboni operations, among others.
