Dr. Ahmed Saleh

Dr. Ahmed Saleh has extensive experience in orthopedic spine surgery. He obtained his BS in biomedical education from the City College of New York, before receiving his MD from Dartmouth Medical School. He then went on to complete a residency in orthopedic surgery at the Maimonides Medical Center, where he was named chief resident, and a fellowship in spinal surgery at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Today, this expert is board-certified in orthopedic surgery. He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Orthopedic Association, the National Association of Spine Surgeons, and the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. He is also active in academia, having published 13 peer-reviewed journal articles and 3 book chapters. Moreover, this expert was named as an Emerging Leader by the American Orthopedic Association in 2014. He previously served as the vice president of the Brooklyn Orthopedic Society. He is currently the president of an orthopedic society, the director of orthopedic research at a medical center, an attending orthopedic surgeon at a community hospital, an attending orthopedic spinal surgeon at a medical center, and a clinical assistant professor of orthopedics at a top university in New York.
