Expert Qualifications

This well credentialed expert is a Professor and Distinguished Chair in Computer Science for a public university in Texas. He is also Professor Emeritus in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Cornell University, where he taught and performed research for 20 years. He has about 30 years of professional experience in communication networks, wireless communication, and wireless and mobile networks. The expert earned his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Stanford University; he also has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Technion and an M.S. in the same field from Tel-Aviv University. He has headed the Wireless Networks Lab, an internationally recognized research group at Cornell. The expert has over 200 journal and conference publications. He has been granted 18 patents with 2 additional patents pending. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and a member of the IEEE's Communications Society, as well as a member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM).
