Waste Management Expert Witness

Expert Qualifications

This expert has over 30 years of experience in the waste management and recycling industry. He has worked in both the public and private sectors in a variety of roles, from General Manager to technical expert. He is certified by both the Solid Waste Association of North America and the California Resource Recovery Association, while he is a Board Member of the Professional Recyclers of Pennsylvania. Currently, this expert is the President of a solid waste consulting firm, wherein he assists state, county, and city clients across America as a collection systems and equipment specialist. He serves as an independently contracted Project Manager, training and supervising staff and conducting collection efficiency evaluations and solid waste strategic planning, and waste audits among other services.
