This highly qualified expert is board-certified in urology by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and has over two decades of experience in his field. He completed his BS in biology from St. Francis Xavier University before receiving his MD from the University of Toronto and his MS in clinical epidemiology and biostatistics from McMaster University. He completed his formal medical training with an internship in surgery and residency in urology from the University of Toronto and a fellowship in laparoscopic surgery and organ transplantation from McMaster University. He is active in his field both clinically and academically. He has published over twenty peer-reviewed publications and numerous abstracts. Currently, he is the president of medical staff at a hospital in Ottawa and associate professor of surgery and surgical director of renal transplantation at a university in Ottawa.
