Expert Qualifications

This highly qualified urologist received his M.D. from Damascus University School of Medicine. He completed residency training in General Surgery and Urology at Damascis University as well as a fellowship training in Urology at the University in Arizona, and in Endourology and Laparoscopic Urology at Klinkum Heilbronn. This expert is a member of several professional organizations including the American College of Surgeons, American Urological Association, Endourological Society, Robotic Surgery Working Group of the Endourological Society, and West Virgina Urological Society Editorial-board, Journal of Endourology, Canadian Journal of Urology, Urology Annals, and the Auston Journal of Urology. He has authored 25+ articles on urology in the field and serves on the editorial board for the Journal of Endourology, Canadian Journal of Urology, Urology Annals, and Auston Journal of Urology. Former positions have included Clinical Instructor in Urology at the University of Cincinatti and Attending Urologist at West Virginia University Hospital. Currently, he is the Assistant Professor of Urology and Director of Simulation, Department of Surgery at a major university and an Attending Urologist at an area hospital.
