Expert Qualifications

This highly qualified registered nurse has extensive experience in his field, with expertise in surgery, circulating, scrubbing, perioperative safety, and in general nursing. He earned both a BS in human environmental services and a BSN from the University of Alabama. He is a licensed registered nurse in the state of Alabama and holds a certification in basic life support instruction. He is a distinguished member of the Association of Perioperative Registered Nurses. Formerly, he has served as a circulating/scrub nurse in perioperative at UAB Hospital Highlands and as a research nurse coordinator for the clinical research support program at UAB hospital. Currently, this expert is a surgical nurse educator at a large medical center in Alabama.
