Expert Qualifications

This expert is located in Georgia and has nearly 15 years of experience as a registered respiratory therapist. She earned her BS in respiratory therapy and her MPH both at Georgia State University. She later attended Mercer University in Atlanta to complete her MBA in accounting. She is very active in her field as a member of multiple professional societies including the Georgia Society of Respiratory Care, the American Association for Respiratory Care, and the California Society for Respiratory Care. In addition, this expert participated in a poster presentation at the International Respiratory Congress. This expert has held many roles throughout her career including clinical improvement advisor and charge respiratory therapist at Shepherd Center Hospital, respiratory therapy instructor at America Career College, and assistant manager of respiratory care at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. She was also the system respiratory educator at WellStar Health System. Currently, this expert is a consultant and a member of the advisory board for a biotech company as well as the patient safety coordinator for a health system in Georgia.
