Expert Qualifications

This radiation oncologist has over 20 years of professional experience. He earned his BA and MA in American Studies from Yale University and then went on to complete his MD at Yale Medical School. This expert finished his internship in general surgery at Naval Medical Center and his residency in radiation oncology at the National Cancer Institute. He is a member of various professional societies and organizations, including the American Brachytherapy Society and The Radiological Society of North America. He has published 3 book chapters and over 20 publications on topics in his field. Formerly, he has served as a general medical officer at the National Naval Medical Center, as a medical director and radiation oncologist at INOVA Alexandria Hospital, an assistant professor of radiation oncology at Howard University College and an associate professor of radiology at Uniformed Services University. Currently, this expert is a special volunteer at a national cancer center.
